Completed in January of 2001, this project consisted of demolishing existing outbuildings at Yew Tree Farm, Warrington Road, Risley and constructing a new headquaters and estate office for Taylor's Buisiness Park . It proved an interesting project and caught the attention of Warrington Borough Council - Building Control Office - who nominated T.M.Taylor for a "Built In Quality Award."

The first stage of the project was to partly demolish the existing derelict buildings leaving sections of wall which had to be retained |

One
of the interesting challenges for this project was blending the old
with the new. The need to keep some areas of existing wall meant that
foundations had to be adapted to fit in with current building regulation
standards. This meant underpinning such walls to enable them to be
tied into new trench foundations.
